Founder, Lizzie Andrews, began her Marketing career over 7+ years ago in the Influencer Marketing space before going to work the corporate marketing job in the health and wellness space.
When she noticed that many Marketing agencies were not creating content from both the eyes of the consumer AND the business, she set out to found her own Marketing agency to bridge the gap and create a bigger impact for local businesses.
Bright Marketing Collective’s biggest mission now is to bridge the gap between your community and your brand. We are a strategy based Agency which means we start every client with an in depth Marketing Strategy. And top of that - we’re dedicated to growing your business and not just growing your social media accounts. We want to see revenue coming in from social media and that takes a very strategic marketing funnel while making your marketing fun, seamless, and effective. We’re a creative team passionate about marketing and we can’t WAIT to work with you.

Meet Brianna, our energetic social media manager who brings fresh perspective to every project she touches. Brianna brings 7 years of marketing and social media experience to the team, along with a Communications degree from LMU. Born and raised in Southern California, she’s passionate about storytelling and building community, especially when it comes to highlighting the best of Orange County. Outside of work, you’ll usually find her exploring new coffee shops, curating playlists, or soaking up the sun in Laguna Beach with her dog, Mia.
California girl through and through, bringing that SoCal energy and creativity to everything she does!

Meet Bailie, our community-rooted social media + team manager who brings hometown heart to everything she does. Born and raised in Prescott, she's now raising her own family here while pursuing her marketing degree at Yavapai College and running the creative hotspot Board & Brush Prescott. When she's not crafting engaging content for our clients, you'll find her pouring her energy into local community projects - because making her hometown thrive isn't just a job, it's her passion.
Found her perfect match on the internet in 2016 - plot twist: he was from Prescott too!
Raising a teenager and a newborn is the most fun part of her life and her son Vincent is a wonderful young man!

Meet Bella, our community-rooted social media manager + content creator who brings fresh creativity to everything she does. Bella is a Prescott native with a Bachelor’s in Business Marketing and a minor in Photography from NAU — the perfect blend of strategy and creativity. She has a sharp eye for storytelling and knows how to build content that not only looks beautiful, but drives engagement and growth. When she’s not creating, you can find her teaching dance at Summer’s Danceworks or traveling with her two golden retrievers, Beaux and Bee.
